How much does it cost?

The cost can vary dramatically depending on location – you’ve heard it before, location, location, location. Generally, your cost will be between $1,000 per month on the low end to $2,500 per month on the high end. Again, takes into account a full, one year lease, multiple employees, utilities, POS setup, IT and Telephony and more. We set it all up, identify the cost, and divide it all by 72 (Twelve Months Times 6 Tenants) to arrive at your monthly cost. This is much better than what it would cost you to try and do it yourself.
